Private credit

Credit that leaves no trail

FLETCH is a private credit layer being built on-chain. Borrow against tokenized stocks, spend from addresses nobody can link, and let your agents pay inside caps you set.

In development. The credit protocol is not live and cannot hold funds. Only the $FLETCH token works today, once its contract is published.

01 · The problem

A public chain remembers everything

Your collateral, your loan and every payment after it sit on one readable line. Anyone can follow the money from your position to whatever it buys.

FLETCH leaves the position in the open, where risk can be checked, and cuts the link between that position and where the money goes.

02 · How it will work

Draw, loose, land

  1. 01

    Post

A tokenized stock goes in as public collateral on an established lending market.

  2. 02

    Draw

Borrowed stablecoins enter a shared pool in fixed pieces, mixed with everyone else's.

  3. 03

    Loose

A zero-knowledge proof withdraws to a fresh address. A relayer pays the gas.

  4. 04

    Return

Repay from any address, or send what is left back into the pool as new notes.

03 · Agents

Give an agent a budget, not your keys

Each agent gets a fresh address with hard caps. It answers HTTP 402 with a signed IOU, and one batch pays every merchant later. Set the caps and run it.

04 · Beyond credit

Planned, on top of private borrowing

Quivers

One line, many agents

Split a single credit line into sub-budgets. Revoke one without touching the others.

Viewing keys

Disclose by choice

Hand an accountant or auditor a read-only key to your history, for a chosen period.

Health guard

Repay before the edge

Set a threshold, and a reserved note tops up the position before liquidation gets close.

Recurring arrows

Private subscriptions

Schedule payments to a merchant, each one from a new address.

Operator bonds

Skin in the game

Operators bond $FLETCH and lose it on a fault a contract can prove.

Agent receipts

Proof of spend

Every agent payment produces a private receipt that only the owner can open.

05 · $FLETCH · on-chain

One token, fixed from day one

One billion tokens, minted once. No mint, no tax, no owner. In the protocol, it is planned as the operators' bond.

07 · Questions

Before you trust it

Can I use the credit protocol today?

No. It is in design. The agent demo on this page is a simulation that runs in your browser: no funds, no proofs, no transactions.

What does $FLETCH do right now?

It transfers, like any ERC-20. Bonding is planned, not built, and the token gives no right to any revenue.

Is the contract audited?

No. The token contract is short and has no admin functions, but it has not been audited. Read it before you touch it.

Can private funds be used by anyone?

The design includes viewing keys and screening at pool entry. The legal review of both will take place before any launch.

Is this linked to Robinhood?

No. FLETCH is an independent project that builds on a public chain. It has no partnership with Robinhood Markets, Inc.
